Hello
Thank you for visiting my page. I offer a supportive, respectful and nurturing environment that encourages self-acceptance and hope for building a happier life. My training allows me to be flexible and adapt to your individual needs as therapy progresses. We will work at a pace that allows the time and space to gain a deeper understanding of yourself or a particular issue.
My Story
My background is in teaching, coaching, and mental health for the last 12 years of my career. I currently offer therapy for charities, private practice, and within the NHS across Hampshire. My private practice is at my home in Basingstoke Hampshire in a private garden office. I am passionate about learning others' stories and helping to support them to be their best self for themselves.
As a therapist, I integrate all the parts of myself including my creativity in the therapy room. I offer a warm environment and a safe place to help you explore yourself and your emotions. I believe therapy is more than words and I love to help clients find ways that they can explore themselves. We create a user-centered plan together and every client session is different, that's what I love about therapy.
When I am not in the therapy room you will often find me nestled in a nook with a book, exploring with my family, by the sea or river, and being Mum to my children and dogs.
