I offer face-to-face and online therapy depending on the client's needs and am happy to work both short and long-term. On initial consultation, we will discuss what your needs are and develop a plan together on how we can work together. It is common to feel overwhelmed when looking for a therapist or engaging in therapy and I am here to support you in this process. Client sessions last 50 minutes per session and are scheduled together.
